I came out with this crazy idea that Fashion and marriage actually had a lot in common and could be treated in a very similar way to create the most memorable and impacting images that you will pass on to your family.

Every wedding is unique of course and the time of the preparation requires a high sense of adaptation to photograph the last minutes of joyful tension before hitting the ceremony you have been waiting for.
As a photographer, I must find the right balance between being present and suggest you the best for the preparation pictures, but also to photograph silently when your parents will enter the room and see you in this beautiful dress for the first time.
Preparation is a very subtle moment to photograph, it is full of delicacy, it is about capturing the small tensions, measuring the time that slows down, it's about getting closer.
Ultimately it is the last moment of intense release and passion you share with the people closest to your heart, just before going out in the wild for this epic and busy day that awaits you.

I will be ready in the Church or Standesamt with studio flashes strategically located to highlight beautifully all the details of the ceremony.
From the ring exchange, the first kiss to the smile of your guests sharing this moment with you, I use a combination of fast telelenses and wider angle lenses to record the entirety of your special day and its mood.

With two profoto B1 studio heads mounted on large tripods directed at the dancefloor, I promise you a sharp cinematic look for your first dance and your guests.
The strobes light will illuminate your party giving the photos a gorgeously moody but very natural look in opposition of the classical direct "flash in the face" look.
It is very important to me to be able to keep a reportage approach when your guests are on fire.
